our classes

All of our classes are intended to be for everyone. We pride ourselves in being inclusive for all bodies and all backgrounds. Every modality at SoR has adaptations and layers to help you find your perfect workout any given day.

ride

ride is our indoor cycle program, it is equal parts rhythm riding AND technical skills. We place a huge emphasis on form, technique and the athleticism of the experience. We check our troubles at the door, we ride to the beat and we leave as a slightly better version of ourselves, every damn time!

We do not use monitors or screens, we focus on mind body connection. Your time at SōR is an opportunity to disconnect from the grind and reconnect with yourself.

 
 

burn

burn is cored focused, rhythm based, strength and endurance building, and extremely effective. It is low impact, with high intensity pushes. This class has influences from barre, pilates and interval training programs.

In burn you will work higher reps with lighter and heavier weights to help you build strength and endurance at the same time.

burn checks all the boxes for a balanced, total body workout.

STRENGTH

strength uses heavier weights and more traditional strength training movements. It is also core focused, rhythm based and is a great companion class for ‘ride’ or on it’s own.

All of our classes are so fun and the music is so good you will forget how hard you are working and you’ll be scheduling your next visit before your even get up off the mat or the bike!
